If you don't have meter reads yet, headcount is a decent first estimate of print volume. Multiply staff by a per-employee monthly page figure for their usage level to get a working number for sizing devices.
How it works
We multiply your employee count by pages per employee per month, about 500 for light users, 1,500 for medium, 3,000 for heavy, then map the total to a suggested device class.
