Paper is cheap per sheet and surprisingly large in aggregate. At office volumes the ream price times your monthly pages adds up to a line item worth seeing, and a number that drops fast when you cut needless printing.
How it works
Cost per sheet is the ream price divided by sheets per ream (usually 500). Multiply by monthly pages for monthly spend, then by 12 for the annual figure.

Does duplex cut paper cost?
Roughly in half for documents that can print two-sided. Defaulting to duplex is the single easiest paper saving.
