Cost per copy is the all-in version of cost per page: it folds in the per-page service rate and paper alongside toner. It's the number to compare against a copier lease's click charge to see whether your plan is fair.
How it works
Divide toner price by yield for the toner cost per copy, then add any per-page service rate and per-sheet paper cost. Run mono and color separately for a full picture.

Common questions
CPC vs. click charge, what's the difference?
CPC is your real cost; the click charge is what a lease bills you per page. If the click is well above your CPC, the markup is the lease's margin.
