Copier leases are usually quoted as a monthly payment derived from a lease factor, a small rate applied to the equipment cost. This calculator turns the cost, term, and factor into the payment, then shows what you'll pay in total including the buyout.
How it works
Multiply the equipment cost by the monthly lease factor to get the payment, then multiply by the term for the total of payments. A $1 buyout adds a dollar at the end; an FMV/10% buyout adds roughly 10% of the equipment cost.

Common questions
What's a lease factor?
It's the monthly rate per dollar of equipment, a 0.021 factor on a $9,000 machine is about $189/mo. Lower factors mean cheaper money; ask your rep for theirs.
