Want your exact numbers? The calculator gives a ballpark. For exact numbers, this is the next step.
Copier leases bundle a page allowance into the base, then bill overage per click beyond it. When your volume drifts past the allowance, the overage can dwarf the base, a sign your plan no longer fits. This tool reconstructs the bill so you can see it.
How it works
Overage is your actual pages minus the included allowance (floored at zero) times the overage rate, computed separately for mono and color. Add the base for your total monthly bill. Large, recurring overage means the plan is mis-sized.

Common questions
Big overage every month, what now?
You're likely paying retail click rates on volume that should be in your base. A right-sized plan or assessment usually recovers most of it.
